Community playbook: HVAC subcontractors
r/HVAC and r/TradeJobs threads asking "is there software for my 3-truck crew that isnt ServiceTitan" hit the front page weekly, with a steady stream of "I built a spreadsheet" follow-ups. Ahrefs CPC for "hvac dispatch software" sits at $…
The value-first playbook
Lurk, then answer, then share.
Lurk.Spend a week reading top and rising threads. Skim the recurring pain — the buyer's language tells you exactly which thread angles commercial-intent posts will pick up.
Add answers. Reply with concrete, tool-agnostic help. No plugs. The reputation you build on real answers is the only thing that makes later mentions land.
Share the product. Only once you have answered ten threads does a single, on-point product mention earn its keep. Even then, lead with the buyer's problem, not the product name.
